Ticketyo Technologies Limited runs a digital platform that facilitates companies and people to book tickets for shows and events.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities conducted under your account. We will monitor your account activity to ensure compliance to these terms and conditions, as well as for security purposes.

Ticketyo technologies Limited retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its intellectual property, including but not limited to its website, software, and contactless business card templates. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit consent.

You may use our intellectual property upon grant of a non-exclusive and non-transferable license for business purposes and research. This license will be terminated upon breach of these terms.

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Tracking

We will collect information about your use of our services, encompassing but not limited to cookies, search queries, browsing, analytical tools to track your use of our services, personalize and refine your experience, and enhance our platform.

You may choose to halt tracking by following the cancellation procedures.

Ticketyo Technologies Limited may suspend your Services if your interactions with third-parties put the company at risk.

Ticketyo Technologies Limited is exempt from any losses or damages resulting from your interactions with third parties.

In the event of a dispute arising from this contract, the disputing party shall avail written notices to the other party without delay. All disputes will be resolved through negotiation, with mediation and arbitration serving as the final recourse.

14. Government Access

Ticketyo Technologies Limited may disclose your information in response to lawful requests from government authorities in accordance with the law. You will be notified of any such request(s) unless prohibited by law. We will cooperate with government authorities with or without your consent, but with prior notice as mandated by law. We will protect your data from unauthorized access by the government in compliance with data protection laws and regulations.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
